Welcome to Realtor Website Pro, LLC / RealtorWebsitePro™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using any services offered through RealtorWebsitePro.com, you (“you,” “Client,” “Subscriber,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).
These Terms apply to all products, subscriptions, domain leases, buy-now purchases, email services, integrations, and technical support described on our Homepage, About Us, FAQ, Product, and Checkout pages.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase, creating an account, or using any portion of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Overview of Services (What We Do — and Do Not Do)
Realtor Website Pro™ provides licensed real estate professionals with:
- Exclusive access to premium, city-specific Realtor domain names
- Optional custom matching professional email addresses
- DNS configuration, forwarding, and technical integration
- Backend setup connecting domains to existing websites, profiles, CRM systems, or social platforms
- Ongoing IT, DNS, and technical support during an active subscription
Important clarification:
Realtor Website Pro™ does not build, design, host, or maintain websites. We provide digital branding infrastructure and technical integration only.
Only one Realtor per city may actively use a specific domain at any given time.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are a licensed real estate professional, or authorized by one
- All information you provide is accurate and current
- You have legal authority to enter binding agreements
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel subscriptions at our sole discretion.
4. Account Registration & Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
Current subscription options include (pricing subject to change with notice):
- $69/month — Domain Only (No Email)
- $89/month — Domain + 1 Custom Email Address
- $10,000 — Buy-Now Domain Purchase (when offered)
Additional email addresses may be added for a small monthly fee.
All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.
6. Subscription Billing & Cancellation
- Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled
- You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past charges
- Access to the domain and email ends after the final paid billing cycle
- Failed or disputed payments may result in immediate suspension or reassignment of the domain
7. Domain Ownership & Usage Rights
Unless purchased outright, all domains remain the property of Realtor Website Pro™, LLC.
During an active subscription, you receive:
- Exclusive usage rights to the domain
- Permission to use the domain for marketing, branding, advertising, and online presence
You do not acquire ownership unless a full buy-now purchase and transfer is completed.
8. Exclusivity — One Realtor Per City
Each domain is exclusive to one active subscriber per city.
Once claimed:
- The domain is removed from availability
- Competing Realtors may not access it
- If your subscription ends, the domain may be reassigned
9. Non-Transferability
Subscriptions may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, or shared with other agents, teams, brokers, or third parties. Violations may result in termination without refund.
10. Buy-Now Domain Purchases
If a buy-now purchase is completed:
- Ownership transfers after payment clears
- No subscription is required post-transfer
- Ongoing email or technical services may incur additional fees
- Buy-now purchases are final and non-refundable
11. Technical Support
Active subscriptions include technical support for:
- DNS configuration and forwarding
- Email setup and troubleshooting
- Backend maintenance and integrations
Support does not include website development, content creation, SEO, or marketing services.
12. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to:
- Use domains and emails solely for lawful real estate business
- Comply with MLS rules, advertising laws, and platform policies
- Avoid spam, fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse
- Not attempt unauthorized DNS or ownership changes
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
13. No Physical Products
All services are digital. There are no physical goods, shipments, or returns.
14. 30-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee
First-time subscribers may cancel within 30 days for a full refund.
This guarantee:
- Applies only to your first subscription
- Does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or additional domains
- Expires after 30 days
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Lead generation, rankings, or revenue
- Advertising or conversion results
- Uninterrupted service or error-free performance
- Third-party platforms or providers
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- This includes lost profits, leads, revenue, or reputation
- Total liability is capped at the amount paid in the previous three (3) months
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realtor Website Pro™ from claims arising from:
- Your use or misuse of domains or email
- Advertising or MLS violations
- Illegal or unauthorized activities
- Content you publish or redirect traffic to
18. Third-Party Services
We may integrate with third-party providers. We are not responsible for their:
- Downtime
- Policies
- Performance
- Security incidents
Your relationship with third-party services is independent of us.
19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
- Venue: Miami-Dade County, Florida
- Disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration
- You waive jury trials and class actions
20. Miscellaneous Legal Provisions
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement
- Invalid provisions do not affect enforceability
- Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver
- We may assign our rights; you may not
- Liability and dispute provisions survive termination
